The Beginner's Meditation course has been used to train anyone from extreme beginner's to competent meditators into Master Meditators. This work is easy to follow and perform, all it takes is commitment! If you have always wanted to meditate or if you already meditate but want to expand your skill and ability, this is the course for you. During this course, you will learn:-

• The purpose of meditation
• Preparing a space for meditation
• How to protect yourself during this work
• The secret formula to make meditation easy to do
• How to do the Stillness Meditation
• How to follow Guided Meditation
• The do's and don'ts about how to record a guided meditation
• How to create your own inner Sanctuary
• How to perform healing on yourself and others in meditation.

This course is set up as a six week program that you can follow with full forum support and discussion. There are a series of guided meditations set in varying degrees of difficulty for you to use in your training. You will be asked to keep a journal of your experiences during the six week program. Once the course is completed and the journal is presented, you will receive a certificate of completion via email.
